Chelsea Schulze graduated from WTAMU with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2011. She has spent her whole career in Catholic education teaching second grade and is a certified catechist through the University of Notre Dame. This is her fourth year at St. Mary’s.
She enjoys learning and teaching about her Catholic faith, cooking and baking, traveling – especially to historical places - and spending time with her family. She wouldn’t trade teaching in a Catholic school for any other experience because she feels it is her vocation to teach the whole student – academically, mentally, physically, and (most importantly) spiritually. She enjoys teaching her students to become self-aware and confident in all of their endeavors. She loves teaching at SMCS because of the history and legacy of the school and the love for Catholicism that is present in all of the students, faculty, and staff.
