This is Mrs. O'Rear's 5th year at St. Mary's Cathedral School. She has 17 years of experience in education, ranging from a teacher to a curriculum specialist and Assistant Principal.
She received her B.A. in History and M. Ed. in Education from Texas Tech University. She holds a post-graduate Principal Certification from Wayland Baptist University as well as a certificate in Catholic School Leadership from Creighton University.
One of her favorite things about working at St. Mary's Cathedral School is being able to share the Catholic faith with children in fun and meaningful ways. She loves the school community and getting to know all the families, their names and needs.
In her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling with her family. She is married to Mark, and has four children--Grady, Vivienne, Jude and Andrew. They have one precious German Shorthair Pointer puppy that you will sometimes see around campus named Princess Brunhilde (Hilde).
